This information session aims to provide helpful information to academic staff of UQ and IITD interested in submitting a project proposal in the next application round to recruit PhD students through the UQ–IITD Research Academy joint-PhD program in July 2024 intake.
The joint-PhD program provides opportunities for students to receive a scholarship to study at two world-leading, research-intensive institutions – UQ and IITD – on multidisciplinary projects.

Project proposal
We encourage interested staff to visit the IITD website and UQ Researchers to identify potential collaborators who match their research strengths and interests.
They should then develop a project proposal with their collaborator using the online UQ–IITD project proposal template by Sunday, 21 January 2024.
