About Akash
Akash completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in civil engineering and a Master of Technology (Hons) in Construction Technology and Management from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Bhopal. During this thesis work on a Feasibility Study to Synthesize Fly ash based Geopolymer Foam Concrete, Akash was involved in the research work at CSIR Advanced Material Processing and Research Institute (AMPRI) at Bhopal on the Geopolymer Concrete. Akash is a knowledge seeker, interested in supplementary cementitious materials, Limestone Calcined Clay Cement(lc3) and innovative solutions in the field of civil engineering that will contribute towards sustainable development.

This project aims to advance theory and practice on the uptake of sustainable construction materials through a case study of the potential introduction of low-carbon Limestone Calcined Clay Cement (LC3) to Pacific Small Island Developing States (PSIDS).
