Utkarsh Verma

Utkarsh holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Sikkim and completed his undergraduate studies in science with a specialization in chemistry. He previously worked as a Junior Research Fellow at IIT Delhi, where he contributed to projects involving catalyst design, synthesis, and mechanistic studies. His academic background spans both homogeneous catalysis, using bio-inspired systems like porphyrins and corroles, and heterogeneous catalysis on 2D materials.
Utkarsh is passionate about research in sustainable energy conversion, CO₂ utilization, and the development of functional nanomaterials for clean energy applications.
