About Vijesh
Vijesh Bhagat is a Doctoral Researcher at UQIDAR. He received his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Punjab Engineering College (PEC) , Chandigarh. He did his M.Tech. with specialization in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from International Institute of Information Technology, Naya Raipur (IIIT- NR). The subjects he studied during his graduation (B.Tech.-2019) and post-graduation (M.Tech.- 2022) helped him to shape the futuristic idea of research in the field of AI in Healthcare for the welfare of mankind and led him to explore the new dimensions of the field on his voyage of higher studies. In the past, he was working on Fundus Images of eye to Detect Diabetic Retinopathy(DR) and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease ( COPD ) using CT Scan Images and Cough Audio Samples.
His research interest includes Pattern Recognition, Biomedical Image and Signal Processing , Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

To create an algorithm to be able to estimate cardiac output volume and flow volume and rate based on micro-vibration extraction from the body.
